We would like to inform you about an update in the terminology of our “used” Lubricants & Oils proficiency tests (PTs).
To avoid confusion during shipping and customs processing, we are replacing the term “used” with “in-service”. The “used” Oil PTs in our program concerns “in-service” oils and not waste oils.
This change will only apply to upcoming PTs, PTs that have already been dispatched will retain the former name “used”.
See below:
Retains:
- iis 26L02 Gear Oil (used) → Gear Oil (used)
- iis 26L05 Turbine Oil (used) → Gear Oil (used)
